We all go through challenges and tough times. I have been going through one myself for months now. Sometimes it’s grieving over the loss of a loved one; it may be a health issue or a marital issue. Children may pull away from us and get into some bad stuff. Depression can eat at us and one of my challenges from time to time … Not Sleeping (for one reason or another).
